Rob Hinkley is the undisputable king of nutter-finding. Even by his standards, my, but he hasn't half found a good'un: Thomas Daniel Clark, President of The Radiation Health Foundation and Star Haven Community Services. Unlike most nutters, he doesn't have a font overkill fetish, knows that there is a time and a place for upper-case letters, and seems to have been taught grammar and spelling. All of which, somehow, makes him much, much funnier.I recommend reading his letter to Michigan's Attorney General.
